You've heard us gush over Lexie and Aaron's ceremony and reception a time or two over on our Instagram, and it's even been featured on Carats & Cake! But, now, we're here to share every last detail with you. From the iconic blue and white vases that made this evening so memorable to the gold leaf five-tier cake and everything in between, scroll on to see more of Lexie and Aaron's beautiful day.

The sweet couple was surrounded by friends and family on their big day, and after the ceremony, they held their reception at Lexie's parents' beautiful estate here in Louisville, Kentucky. We're pretty confident that a tented reception area doesn't get much more beautiful than this one.

As guests entered the tent, they were greeted by beautiful shades of blues, whites, and golds. The hints of blue and white gave it a crisp, clean feel, chandeliers added a romantic element, and accents of gold tied the space together.

We know you wanted a closeup of those tablescapes! Porcelain and ceramic vases were the star of the show, complemented by intricately detailed lace runners and white florals. Oh, and how fun are these tile table numbers? They were an easy and unique way to add a little personality to each table.

Hand-lettered and script details are always a fun way to add a personal element to the space. A "Here Comes the Bride" banner hung outside along with this rustic wooden sign with their wedding day. And it didn't stop there — stationery lined the table for a classic-yet-unique twist on the seating chart.

Prior to guests entering the tent, they munched on hors d'oeuvres and sipped champagne during cocktail hour. Dupree Catering really knocked it out of the park when it came to the food at Lexie and Aaron's special day!

To go along with the hors d'oeuvres and plated meals? Cocktails were in order, of course! Drinks flowed throughout the night and this beautiful bar was to thank. Panels added to the front of the bar gave it a custom look, and white shelves held extra spirits and glasses in the back.

What's a Lauren Chitwood Events wedding without a Martine's Pastries cake? This dramatic five-tiered cake was complete with a custom gold monogram and fresh flowers. Oh, and a couple extra cakes on either side were there for good measure… Because sometimes five tiers just isn't enough!

Lexie and Aaron's special day feels like it was just yesterday. So much so that we can't believe they're less than two months away from celebrating their third anniversary. Cheers to this amazing couple, who, one half of happens to be our VP of Operations!
